Welcome to The Pour House, located in the
heart of Ringwood! We are thrilled to be
able to welcome you to our club, held at The Pour House, where women from all walks of life come
together to connect, inspire, and have a great time. Whether you prefer an
evening club or a lunch club, we have you covered with our monthly meetings.
Formerly known as Ringwood Social Club, the club
closed in 2011, but after an extensive refurbishment it opened its doors in
July 2023, and this beautiful 300 year old building now offers us a warm,
inviting, safe place to meet. It is the ideal space where women can relax,
unwind, and enjoy each other's company. With ample parking available at the
back (accessed via Strides Lane) and on the streets, you can easily join us
without any hassle.
Through the coming year we have a range of
exciting events and inspiring speakers lined up for you. From engaging
workshops to thought-provoking talks, we strive to offer a diverse range of
activities that cater to all interests. There will also be special events where
clubs from across the UK will come together, so watch this space.
Pre-booking is essential. We understand that everyone has different
dietary requirements, and we are more than happy to accommodate them. Please
indicate any special requirements/allergies at the payment screen and we will
ensure that your needs are met.

Ayurveda and Yoga - A way to Health and Happiness
Join us for an evening of inspiration and wellbeing with a very special lady, Kat, who will be talking to us about her discovery of Yoga & Ayurveda, and how it bought health, happiness, peace and contentment to her life.
Kat will talk us through the history of the ancient healing practice of Ayurveda, which translates to "the science of life", and how through Ayurveda we can heal our bodies and mind through diet and lifestyle.
Kat supports many women experiencing health issues throughout the different phases of their lives, offering guidance to optimal health through Ayurveda, Yoga and sound baths. She will be ending the evening with a little treat guaranteed to send you home feeling absolutely wonderful!

Where in the World …
It occurred to me recently that every month we have
speakers come along to talk to us, yet our own ladies have some amazing stories
to tell! So going forward we will dedicate some of our clubs to sharing those stories.
To kick us off I thought it might be nice to share “Where
in World” we have holidayed, maybe lived or worked, and definitely loved.
These places may be far away, or maybe right here on our doorstep, but they’re
places you love.
Please come along with photos, artefacts or just
your memories and we will have a discussion over lunch. Maybe someone in the group
is planning to visit there and you can answer their questions, or maybe you’ll
get inspiration to take a trip.
There is a screen available, and I am more than
happy to put together a slideshow if anyone would like to send their
photographs to me.
