Dreams are powerful, everyone has them. They tell us everything we
need to know to love ourselves and live a happy life and in this ever-changing
spiritual world, this is a priority, yet people still don’t pay attention to
them. Dream dictionaries and books on
interpretation are normally a temporary fad as people think they are too busy
to spend time on working their dreams out.
Tina was one of these people. She was a vivid dreamer who never knew
what her dreams meant, she was often scared by them and did not want to talk
about them. She enrolled on a creative writing course 15 years ago and was
encouraged to write her dreams down. This simple instruction has led her to her
dream career as a psychic healer, Reiki Master, Medium, Shaman, Tarot Teacher, Inner
child therapist, author, and public speaker.
Tina's
mission is to help people work out their own and teach that dreams are as
powerful as meditation and journaling for helping with self-awareness and
mental health. In her talk, she will cover all aspects of dreamwork,
why we dream, how to recall one, learning to analyse symbols, characters, emotions,
and common dreams. She will discuss recurring dreams, lucid dreaming, and
astral travelling. Tina will teach you
not to be frightened of your dreams but embrace them and heal yourself by them.
When Tina is not sorting out dreams, she runs a healing and learning centre called the Temple. She uses a unique blend of Reiki, Inner Child Therapy and her psychic abilities and knowledge to find and help heal emotional and spiritual wounds to move people forward in life. If you are stuck in a job you hate, a failed or failing relationship, issues with money, struggling with addictions, you name it, she will be able to help!

Heather Ashley will always remember 20 March 2020.
It was the day she pushed through one of her fears and areas of resistance.
Getting in the sea and being at one with the cold.
Actions that Heather, Director of Heather Ashley Health and Fitness in Poole, never thought she would do.
But that initial experience led her down the Wim Hof Method path.
Named after the Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete, it’s a combination of meditation, breathing exercises, and exposure to cold that can help you regulate your stress levels.
Heather said: “Not only has this taken me on a route of deeper self discovery, my cardiovascular system has drastically improved with a resting heart rate around the mid 50s.
“I’ve loads more energy, there’s nothing like getting into cold nature to make you feel alive.
“These are just a few of the incredible benefits.”
