Kate Robson from Casterbridge Chiropractic 

We welcome to our July event, Kate Robson, a passionate and dedicated Chiropractor at Casterbridge Chiropractic, who has been helping patients move and feel better since 2017. Kate’s journey into chiropractic began at just 16 years old, following a lower back injury she sustained while competing as a national heptathlete. After experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care firsthand, she knew immediately that this was the career path for her. She went on to graduate from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with both a BSc in Human Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic, and is now registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a proud member of the British Chiropractic Association. 

Kate enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, from dressage riders and triathletes to gardeners, personal trainers, and farmers. Her approach is functional and tailored, focusing not only on symptoms but also on movement patterns and lifestyle factors. She is known for empowering her patients with practical “homework” such as stretches and exercises to support their progress outside the clinic. Kate feels incredibly privileged to support people in achieving their goals— whether that is returning to sport or simply feeling more comfortable in their own body—and is passionate about the positive impact chiropractic care can have on everyday life. 

Kate also has a keen interest in women’s health and longevity and is passionate about supporting women at all stages of life to stay active, resilient, and thriving. Outside of the clinic, she has a keen interest in fitness, loves trail running and enjoys spending time with her family, including cockerpoo Rosie.

Wednesday, 12 August 2026 – Sue Coombs “The Nannapreneur” – Older, Wiser and Not Done Yet

We welcome to our August Live Laugh Love Ladies Club evening event Sue Coombs, The Nannapreneur, who talks candidly about how it feels to navigate life as you get older. She shares her story of how life was growing up in the 70s and how she came to be a Wellness Coach, Event Speaker, and Podcaster. 

Sue is passionate about empowering women, encouraging self-care and making themselves a priority. Her talk is lively, fun, and honest with natural humour and a warmth that makes women feel seen.

Wednesday, 9 September 2026 - Helena Conibear DL - Walking the Dorset County Line

We welcome to our September Live Laugh Love Ladies Club evening event our Guest Speaker, Helena Conibear DL, who is the “The High Sheriff of Dorset" which is an ancient Royal Appointment of one Year. She will be talking about her personal mission of walking 200 miles of the Dorset County Line while raising the awareness of county lines drug exploitation and the grooming of young children - in this county we have victims as young as 8 years, who are lured with gifts or friendship often by peers.

Helena is the Founder of The Talk About Trust Charity based here at Poundbury and the  PiP cafe and community Hub. Helena is fundraising on her walk with a target of £10,000 to support 10 grass root Dorset Charities that provide young people with the safe spaces, education, resilience, life skills, and hope they need to thrive.

Helena will in January 2027 again be the guest speaker when she talks about her year as the “High Sheriff of Dorset”.

Tracie Ball, Sound Bath Healing 

We are welcoming to our second Late Lunch Afternoon event, Tracie Ball of Troo Sound Yoga/Yoga & Sound Baths. 

Tracie is a sound healing facilitator and has a background in beauty therapy and aromatherapy.  She had always had a fascination with health and well-being and discovered yoga through pregnancy. Due to a shift in career during the pandemic, gave her the opportunity to train as a Yoga instructor.  When discovering sound healing she knew that she had to train and found a wonderful teacher who guided her when she had lost confidence in herself. 

Having invested in the best alchemy bowls with not only to play but to really be able to tune into the body's own unique frequencies and heal.  Tracie will tell us all about what the benefits are of sounding baths
