fix it … or better still, keeping it from failing in the first place by understanding what

to do - never needing a chiropractor, osteopath or physiotherapist again...!!

Mats will present his totally new and revolutionising concept about how your body

works and how you can keep it that way by a simple daily routine. When you

understand what is involved you will be in charge of your health and vitality.

This information is essential for mothers and mothers to be, to understand how to

maximise your child’s inborn potentials and become happy/healthy.

'It saddens me that so many people are in pain, suffering illness and generally not

thriving when the solution is so simple and readily available. Today I am consulting

with young teenagers about the most peculiar symptoms that if managed are easily

solvable but if left, will only deteriorate further."

Mats is still at 57 a keen roller hockey player and a father to four children who he

delivered at home and has raised without medication. His common sense approach

is readily understandable and the Body Resetting routines 'a must not to miss'...

looking forward to meeting you and helping you to your best year ever.

                                                                        From Clutter to Clarity

Tracey Beesley – Biography

It is true to say that Decluttering is more than a fashionable trend.  People are starting to find themselves overwhelmed with an accumulation of stuff that can make them feel unable to move forward.

As we become more and more aware of the planet we live on, we are looking to transform our lives and live more simply and more environmentally aware. The term ‘minimalist’ is being bandied around now as a ‘lifestyle choice’.

Tracey Beesley, is a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers, and her business was set up to help people ‘move on’ with their lives in 2017.

In her own words she has ‘decluttered’ her entire life in the last five years, with not one thing, apart from her personality, remaining.   She believes that decluttering can encompass every element of your life, including your mind, if you wish it so, particularly if you have struggled with anxiety and stress.

In her talk Tracey will talk about the very real benefits of decluttering but will also share her experiences of how to do it well and do it easily, injecting a lot of humour into the process.
