Essences, Energy and Vibrations with Emma
Emma Nixon has used Flower and Vibrational Essences, alongside other complementary therapies, for over 25 years for her own personal wellbeing having discovered sensitivities to medication and looking for a more holistic way to support herself and her family through significant health and life challenges.
Formerly trained as a historian with a busy career working at historic sites run by The Historic Royal Palaces, National Trust and English Heritage, and finally as a project manager at the National Archives, they decided as a young family to instigate a move to a slower lifestyle in Dorset. This gave Emma the opportunity to retrain in her other major passion - Essences.
Now based at Hygge Wellness in Dorchester, she is now one of a few Advanced Practitioners in Dorset, working with multiple essence ranges from around the world and using techniques such as Body Mapping and Floral Acupuncture.
Her particular areas of interest are women’s health, mental wellbeing, family dynamics and children’s sensory issues.
Currently Emma is developing her own range of essences, harnessing the healing power of the Dorset landscape and its particular energy signature.
Come and find out how about this
accessible gentle modality and how easy it is to use, your energy body and how
it works (- did you even know you had one?!), and hear Emma’s personal story of
how essences have helped her to navigate life’s ups and downs and support her

Tracey Beesley – Biography
It is true to say that Decluttering is more than a
fashionable trend. People are starting
to find themselves overwhelmed with an accumulation of stuff that can make them
feel unable to move forward.
As we become more and more aware of the planet we live on, we are looking to transform our lives and live more simply and more environmentally aware. The term ‘minimalist’ is being bandied around now as a ‘lifestyle choice’.
Tracey Beesley, is a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers, and her business was set up to help people ‘move on’ with their lives in 2017.
In her own words she has ‘decluttered’ her entire life in the last five years, with not one thing, apart from her personality, remaining. She believes that decluttering can encompass every element of your life, including your mind, if you wish it so, particularly if you have struggled with anxiety and stress.
In her talk Tracey will talk about the very real benefits of decluttering but will also share her experiences of how to do it well and do it easily, injecting a lot of humour into the process.
